Plastic Surgery Office in Scottsdale
Our main plastic surgery office is located in North Scottsdale just south of Shea Boulevard at 92nd St. on the campus of Scottsdale Healthcare-Shea. The address is 10290 N. 92nd Street, Suite 304 and our facility is in the North Medical Plaza II building. It can be easily reached from Scottsdale, Phoenix and the East and West Valley by several routes including Shea Blvd., Mountain View Rd. and the Loop 101.
Plastic Surgery Office in Glendale
Our second office is located in Glendale near the southeast corner of Union Hills Ave. and 59th Ave. It is situated in the Arrowhead Commons complex just south of the shopping center and next to Starbucks. The address is 18275 N. 59th Ave., Bldg. E Suite 126. It is accessible from a variety of routes including the 59th Ave. exit off the Loop 101 (go south), Union Hills Ave. and 59th Ave.
Office Hours and Appointments
Our office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Every effort will be made to accommodate you in scheduling an appointment. We know that your time is very valuable so appointments are scheduled to minimize your waiting time.
Your Consultation
Your consultation with Dr. Turkeltaub is extremely important. It will provide the foundation to make a well-informed decision regarding plastic surgery. Dr. Turkeltaub is strongly committed to providing you with detailed information for every surgical procedure that you are considering. He will discuss with you indications for surgery, risks, complications, expectations, and alternatives. He will not hesitate to advise against plastic surgery if that is the most prudent course of action. Literature is available explaining many procedures in an understandable fashion.

Fees
Our objective is to provide you the best possible care at a reasonable cost. In fact, most consultations for cosmetic issues are offered complimentary - FREE! You will be provided with a quote for the expected costs of your surgery. Payment can be made by cash, cashier's check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Financing of surgery is also available.
Financing
We offer financing through several companies. An application can be completed at the time of your consultation. You can also apply online from our Financing page
Insurance
Cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. Breast reduction for enlarged breasts and eyelid surgery to remove excess skin blocking your field of vision are exceptions to this depending upon your insurance company. We are providers for several insurance plans.

Surgical Facilities
Dr. Turkeltaub performs most plastic surgery procedures in hospital affiliated outpatient centers in the Greater Phoenix area. These facilities are safe, comfortable, and very well attuned to your special needs. Overnight stays with 24-hour nursing care are available at reasonable rates.
Our plastic surgery office in Scottsdale has a surgical facility where a variety of minor cosmetic and reconstructive procedures can be performed. It is well equipped and designed for your comfort, convenience, and confidentiality.
